Divyansh Dixit

Founder and CEO of Fensso Tech LLP and TechOvelpo. A teacher’s son who traded a civil-services dream to build a multi-venture technology empire — for India, in India.

Born into a middle-class North Indian family of educators, Divyansh Dixit set aside a childhood dream of the civil services to build companies. He registered his first, Ovelpo Technologies (now TechOvelpo), in 2019 during his final year of a B.Tech in Ghaziabad, survived the COVID crucible when half his founding team quit, co-built Wisetree (wisetree.ai) with Australian partners, then deliberately refocused on India under his holding company Fensso Tech LLP — launching the procure-to-pay platform Krayuv, now used by top Indian companies. Bangalore-based, with 50+ products shipped across his ventures.

Notable achievements

• Registered his first company, Ovelpo Technologies (TechOvelpo), in 2019 while still a B.Tech student.
• Kept the company alive through the COVID downturn after two of four partners quit.
• Co-built Wisetree (wisetree.ai) with Australian partners, then refocused on building for India.
• Established Fensso Tech LLP (2024) as the umbrella over his ventures.
• Launched Krayuv, a procure-to-pay platform adopted by top Indian companies.
• Shipped 50+ products across six companies; serves clients in India, the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE.
